Hector is a successful sales professional leader with over 15 years experience in telecom industry and international sales, helping companies to grow to successful acquisitions, leveraging his deep knowledge of mobile network optimization and OSS/BSS market space. Prior to joining Tupl, Hector was most recently with Arieso (acquired by Viavi), expanding their business in Europe to become the Market Leader in Location Intelligence; developing business with Aircom International (acquired by TEOCO) in OSS, Process Automation, SON and Network Planning; and with Actix Ltd (acquired by AMDOCS), where he led Optimization Solution business in USA, first, and EMEA, later, and introducing Network Status Management solution as market-first. Before, he was with Optimi (acquired by Ericsson), from inception (coming from Tartec, acquired by Optimi) and helping to grow their business in North America. Earlier, he hold various positions in System Research for Nokia Networks in Europe and China, authoring multiple patents, papers, magazine articles and contributing to several books on Wireless technologies. Hector holds a MSc EE from University of Malaga, Spain.
